Customer Letters
Dear Fitness Showcase staff:
The past 1 to 20 years or so have not been good ones for American consumers. We've seen a steady decline in the standard of products and service, and we've been forced to adjust our expectations accordingly. In fact, many of us assumed that quality customer service was a thing of the past.
Thankfully, the staff of Fitness Showcase has proven us wrong.
In May, my wife and I purchased a Vision Fitness treadmill from your store, and we'd like you to know how pleased we've been with the product and with the service and courtesy we've received from your staff.
The salesman who sold us the treadmill - a gentleman named Greg - was knowledgeable, friendly and answered my questions clearly, with no silly tricks. He delivered and set up the equipment (amazingly, he actually arrived when he promised!) and made sure everything was in working order.
A couple of weeks ago, the treadmill - which is an excellent piece of equipment and has exceeded all our expectations - stopped working. I placed a call to your store, and the call was quickly returned by David, the store's owner. He immediately made arrangements to drive all the way to Clermont to check out the problem. We needed a new part, and he ordered it and returned within a few days to make the repair. He was friendly, and did everything needed to solve the problem quickly.
Today, our treadmill is as good as new - and your store has won a loyal customer. Any and all future fitness equipment purchases we make will come from Fitness Showcase, where we know we can count on getting quality equipment and superb service.
Again thank you for your willingness to go the extra mile, and for reminding me that there are still businesses in Orlando that value their customers.

Dear Fitness Showcase:
I am writing to you today to express my thanks to Mr. David Hatch for the exceptional customer service that was rendered to me.
First of all, I was skeptical about the Vision Fitness line of exercise equipment, I had done extensive research on the Lifecycle brand and was determined to purchase one because of what I had learned about it. I had been looking all over the CIty of Orlando for an upright stationary bike.
On April 7th, I visited your store, and after a few moments, Mr. David Hatch kindly approached me and offered his assistance. I explained what I was looking for, he was very patient and extremely professional in answering all of my questions and concerns. Mr. Hatch was extremely knowledgeable about the Vision Fitness line of exercise equipment (including the elliptical machines).
The reason for my letter is not only to highlight the excellent treatment that I received from Mr. Hatch, but make known that not only is it difficult to sell an individual an upscale piece of exercise equipment, but to actually alter a persons decision to purchase a particular name brand - that takes extreme talent and professionalism!
I must also tell you that I am extremely pleased with my Vision Fitness Bike (I have the E3200 model). Mr. Hatch delivered the bike to my home, made sure that it was set-up properly, functioning correctly, and continued to answer my questions (I was impressed!)
In the future should I need other exercise equipment for my home, FItness Showcase will be my first choice, and I hope that I can work with Mr. Hatch again.
Fitness Showcase is fortunate to have such a competent professional on their team.
